Titanic Friction
Titanic friction
Floating in a frozen world
Aimlessly alone
An iceburg for a heart submerged
Sunken like a stone
Chilled to absolute zero
warmth nowhere in sight
a sudden rise in temperature
32 Fahrenheit
It happened in an instant
In waters cold and dark
A Titanic love ripped asunder
This fridged frozen heart
A collision so intense
Flares lit up the sky
The ice began to melt away
With one look in your eyes
Love became a motion
A thermometer to read
Mercury was rising
98.6 degrees
Rub two sticks together
Since the dawn of time
Heat derived from friction
To simply start a fire
The principle is simple
Not hard to understand
Heat and all it’s pleasures
With love go hand in hand
Our union is a warm one
Afloat on one conviction
For combustion starts when hearts unite
Love from Titanic Friction
