My virtual hug

A virtual hug 

Just don’t feel the same

Ya gotta have arms 

And skin in the game

‘Cause the fact of the matter

A virtual hug

Is really quite boring

And downright humbug

There’s no way to cuddle

No way to squeeze 

It’s like getting a hug

From some old Zombie

I’ll take the real thing

Not to be smug

‘Cause nothing compares

To an old fashioned rub

We’d be content 

All safe and snug

Nestled together 

Two bugs in a rug

But in the meantime

With a wink and a shrug

You’ll have to make do

With an ooh and a ugh

‘Cause ‘till you decide 

To see this big lug

You’ll just have to settle
