The sun’s creeping Out of sight 

A Chihuahua or a crazy cat

My companions for the night

No happiness allowed 

The stars won’t shine and Mr. Moon

Just hid behind a cloud 

I guess I’ll turn on CNN

Make my misery complete

Without my girl to hold on to

I’m a long lost sheep 

Hopefully when she returns

I can still be found

For Inebriated I may stumble 

Into the pond and drown

Just tell her that I loved her 

That I left without regret
