New year dreams

Floating on the millstreams

Through the reaches of the mind

Following some moonbeams

No sense of space or time 

Somehow you will find me

If you only look behind

Each incandescent memory

Before love was calcimined

Together we will sojourn 

To when it was sublime

To awaken both as newborns

Our emotions realigned

We’ll let the morning sunbeams

Light a new year redefined

And dream the dreams that lovers dream
