another anniversary

The beginning of of our history 

A mountaintop in Tennessee 

Neither of us could foresee 

What happened there spontaneously

Our future’s still a mystery

A product of our destiny 

And we shall have to wait and see 

For what will be will surely be

But sweet eight years of harmony

Bound in love unwaveringly
