The poets pen

One kiss whose facilitations

Dispel any end

One kiss that ignites 

In romantic combustion 

One kiss that delights

The slave of seduction 

One kiss that leaves you 

Drunk with desire

One kiss that leads to

Your lips on fire

One kiss that yet soothes

The passion’s flame

One kiss that yet moves 

         That can not abstain 

One kiss that melts

Wrapped in my arms

One kiss that’s felt

Smoky slow and long

One kiss that emotes

Songs to be sung

One kiss that evokes

Love’s succulent tongue
